DUNE DAY
VOBEC in coordination with the Village was able to revive Dune Day in the fall of 2022. Thanks to over 50 volunteers we were able to plant over 5000 new beach grass plants on our dunes and are excited to continue this tradition. A second Dune Day is scheduled for November 4, 2023, the Village has once again agreed to purchase 5000 new beach grass plant and has retained the services of Vin Fazio and Neptune's Nurseries to assist the volunteers.
